Little Roots Herbal Academy is a youth education program of Luv Life Journeys Foundation that reconnects children with nature through herbal education, gardening, nutrition, and environmental stewardship.

We believe children learn best by getting their hands in the soil, growing their own food, discovering the healing power of plants, and developing a lifelong appreciation for God's creation.

Our mission is to inspire curiosity, confidence, and healthy living while nurturing future leaders who care for themselves, their communities, and the Earth.

🌿 What Children Will Learn

• Grow herbs, vegetables, and pollinator gardens

• Learn to identify safe medicinal plants

• Make simple herbal teas, salves, bath soaks, and other age-appropriate herbal projects

• Explore nutrition and healthy eating

• Learn about bees, butterflies, and caring for the environment

• Practice gratitude, mindfulness, and stewardship through nature

• Build confidence, leadership, teamwork, and creativity
